Coaching Philosophy: 

I strongly believe in the old school style of fundamentals.  You can never stop teaching young players this part of the game.  I am also a strong believer in goal setting with each player.  Confidence is the key to success and so is a player's attitude.  How you show the player's the right way to prepare for a game (before, during, and after) is so important.

Mental preparation is an expectation for my players.  As you can see, I believe in a lot of off the field ways to success.  This is important to my style of coaching, because I get to know where each player has strengths and weaknesses, before they even step foot onto a playing field.
